Busspepper invites you to our end of summer journey down the Thames, Boatpepper. You can expect our 100% vibes, this time with the magnificent vista of a River Thames Sunset Cruise.

If you are not on the boat by 4:45 you will be left behind!!
Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Tickets remain non-refundable.
| Is there an age limit to enter the event? |
| Our general age group is 24-40. We allow anyone over 18 - as defined by UK law - into the event. |
| What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? |
| There is very little on-street parking in the area. Please refer to parkopedia.co.uk for parking info. |
| How can I contact the organiser with any questions? |
Please email us, party@busspepper.com. |
| Is my registration/ticket transferable? |
| Yes it is, to another person but not another event. It is not refundable. Tickets will only be validated once, any duplicates scanned will be rejected. |
| Can I update my registration information? |
Yes, either log onto your Eventbrite account or email us on party@busspepper.com and we'll do it for you. |
| Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? |
| No you don't. The Eventbrite App on your smartphone or the email of the bar code will do. We also have registrants listed. |
| What is the refund policy? |
| As a standard in the entertainment industry, we do NOT offer refunds . |
| The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? |
| In the case of a transferred ticket, we will admit a person who's name doesn't match that printed on the ticket. |
