NHC Carnival Combo — Terms & Conditions

  • What's included. The NHC Carnival Combo (£410, inclusive of a £10 booking fee) comprises four elements: (a) Omnia J'ouvert experience, Sunday 30 August 2026; (b) Omnia Mas "Party" costume package (Man or Woman), Monday 31 August 2026; (c) one Bacchanal Friday ticket, Friday 28 August 2026; (d) one Tribe Ignite ticket, Saturday 29 August 2026 (Steel Yard, EC4R 3UE, 18+).

  • How you receive it (two emails). (a) Within approximately 15 minutes of payment you receive an email with two links to claim your Bacchanal Friday and Tribe Ignite tickets via Eventbrite. (b) Within 24 hours you receive a second email with your unique Omnia code to redeem your J'Ouvert + Party package at omnia.playmas.store, where you'll create an account and submit your sizing and costume options. You must redeem all three to receive your tickets and costume package. Keep both emails.

  • Redemption deadline. Codes and claim links must be redeemed by 14 Aug 2026. Unredeemed elements cannot be honoured at the event.

  • The Omnia element is supplied and fulfilled by Omnia Carnival Ltd and is subject to Omnia's own terms, sizing availability and costume cut-off dates (see omnia.playmas.store/terms). Busspepper issues the code; Omnia delivers the package.

  • Non-refundable. Combo purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds for unused elements or change-of-mind.

  • Transfers. You may transfer your combo to another person before redemption by emailing party@busspepper.com with the order number; name changes after redemption are subject to each provider's policy.

  • If an event changes. If any single element is cancelled or materially rescheduled by its organiser, your remedy is limited to the value of that element (£160 / £190 / £25 / £25 as applicable), not the whole combo.

  • Delivery issues. If your email hasn't arrived within 1 hour, check spam then contact party@busspepper.com. We respond within 4 hours and will re-issue codes as needed.

  • Eligibility/age: 18+ for all 4 events.]

  • Data. Your details are shared with Eventbrite and Omnia Carnival Ltd solely to fulfil your order. See our Privacy Policy.
